In my session, I work with my ten years experience in various dance and somatic disciplines, you can expect a combination of deep tissue work with bio quality aroma oil, chinese medicine acupuncture points and meridian work, northern thai massage stretches, esalen-inspired long strokes and cranial work. I am focusing on releasing blockages in tissues, improving energetic flow and resetting the nervous system for proper relaxation. I am also happy to work with on-going clients for particular issues to support your health, healing and better mobility.
You are also invited to share a cup of Chinese tea after the session.
