Integrated Somatic Bodywork
Thai · Chinese Tui Na · Deep Tissue · Nervous System Reset
A space to release, sense, and reorganize your body through touch and awareness.
Integrative bodywork rooted in somatic practice, movement research, and touch. Not just relaxation — but a deeper reorganization of the body.
In my sessions, I draw on over ten years of experience in dance and somatic practices. You can expect an integrative approach that weaves together deep tissue work with high-quality aromatic oils, Chinese medicine acupressure and meridian techniques, Northern Thai massage stretches, Esalen-inspired long strokes, and gentle cranial work.
My focus is on releasing tension and blockages in the tissues, supporting healthy energetic flow, and allowing the nervous system to reset into deep and sustainable relaxation.
Sessions take place on a massage table. Depending on your preference, the work can be received fully clothed or directly on the skin with oil without cloth. Your comfort, boundaries, and consent are always respected.
